IX Международный Фестиваль духовной музыки “SILVERBELLS”


14 - 16 января 2011 г., Даугавпилс (Латвия).



1. Организаторы Фестиваля – Даугавпилсская городская Дума, центр Латышской культуры. Фестиваль проходит один раз в два года в Даугавпилсе (Латвия).
2. Участники Фестиваля. В Фестивале могут участвовать хоры, вокальные ансамбли, оркестры и солисты. В рамках Фестиваля пройдут концерты, конкурс и различные мероприятия в храмах и концертных залах Даугавпилса и Даугавпилсского региона.
3. Koнкурс. В конкурсе могут участвовать самодеятельные хоры и вокальные ансамбли в следующих категориях:

A: детские хоры (все певцы до 15 лет включительно , 16-40 участников)

B: молодежные хоры (все певцы до 25 лет включительно , 16-40 участников)
B1 - хоры девушек
B2 - мужские хоры
B3 - смешанные хоры

C: взрослые хоры ( 16-40 участников)
C1 - женские хоры
C2 - мужские хоры
C3 - смешанные хоры

D: вокальные ансамбли (5 – 12 участников)
D1 – детские (до 15 лет включительно)
D2 - женские
D3 - мужские
D4 – смешанные

3.1 Условия конкурса.
Участники конкурса исполняют три произведения:
· Два духовных произведения;
· Свободное произведение.

Общее время выступления коллектива должно составлять10-14 минут. Коллективы могут участвовать в нескольких категориях, исполняя различную программу и заплатив взнос за участие в каждой категории.По крайней мере одно произведение должно исполнятся a cappella. Перед конкурсным выступлением руководители коллективов предъявляют конкурсную программу и 5 партитур конкурсных произведений.
Победители категорий, а также коллективы набравшие 90 и более очков получают возможность участвовать в конкурсе Grand Prix , на котором исполняется 1 произведение продолжительностью не более10 минут.



3.2. Oценивание и награждение. Конкурсную программу оценивает международное жюри. Используется 100 бальная система ,во внимание принимается:
a) техника исполнения (сложность программы, интонация, ритм, ансамбль);
b) художественное исполнение (чувство стиля, раскрытие содержания, эмоциональность, динамика и агогика).
Решение жюри окончательно и не подлежит обжалованию.
Все участники получают диплом Фестиваля.
Koллективы, получившие по решению жюри 65 и выше баллов , награждаются дипломомIII степени;
Koллективы, получившие 75 и выше баллов , награждаются дипломом II степени;
Koллективы, получившие 85 и выше баллов, награждаются дипломом I степени.
Победитель группы А, В, С, D получает денежный приз – 150.- Ls .


Победитель конкурса Grand Prix получает
Главный Приз – 1 500.- Ls.


Также учреждены специальные призы:
- приз Даугавпилсского музыкального училища – за исполнение произведения латышского композитора;
- приз центра латышской культуры - за исполнение латышской народной песни;
- приз центра русской культуры – за исполнение духовного произведения ;
- приз центра польской культуры – за яркое, аттрактивное исполнение;
- приз центра белорусской культуры – за исполнение современного произведения;
- приз Латвийской ассоциации хоровых дирижеров - лучшему дирижеру;
- приз Даугавпилсского объединения учителей музыки – за педагогическое мастерство;
- приз факультета музыки и исскуств Даугавпилсского университета – за самую интересную программу;
- приз от ЛПП/ЛЦ – лучшему церковному хору.

4. Программа фестиваля.
13 января – концерты Фестиваля;
14 января – концерт открытия Фестиваля (17.00), концерты Фестиваля;
15 января – конкурс хоров и ансамблей, концерты Фестиваля, творческие встречи;
16 января – конкурс хоров и ансамблей, концерт закрытия Фестиваля (14.00).

5.Аккредитация.
Все рассходы связанные с участвием в Фестивале несут сами участники Фестиваля.
Организаторы Фестиваля могут помочь с резервированием гостиниц и организовать питание коллектива на льготных условиях. У организаторов есть право на фото- и видеосъемку. Плата за участвие в одной категории конкурса: 75.- Ls за коллектив.

До 26 сентября 2010 года необходимо выслать:
1. заявку,
2. фотографию,
3. краткие сведения об участнике.

До 12 октября 2010 года будут определены участники Фестиваля.

До 1 ноября 2010 года необходимо перечислить взнос за участие в конкурсе.

IX International Sacred Music Festival

“Silver Bells”


14 to 16 January 2011, Daugavpils (Latvia)




1. Organizer is Daugavpils City Council, Department of culture in co-operation with the Center of Latvian Culture.

2. Participants of the Festival - Children’s, Male, Female, Mixed Choirs, Vocal Ensembles and soloists. During the Festival there will be concerts and events in Daugavpils churches and halls.

3. Music Competition. During the Festival choirs and ensembles Competition will be hold. The competition will be organized for choirs and ensembles in categories:

A: Children Choirs 7 - 15 years singers

B: Youth Choirs - up to 25 years
B1 - girls
B2 - male
B3 – mixed

C: Adult Choirs
C1 - female
C2 - male
C3 – mixed

D: Vocal Ensembles
D1 – children (up to 15 years)
D2 - female
D3 - male
D4 – mixed

3.1. Rules of the Competition.
The competition will be organized for amateur choirs with 16 - 40 participants and amateur ensembles with 5 - 12 participants. The groups can take part in two or more categories. The actualsinging at the competition lasts 10-14 minutes, including 3 works:
· 2 compositions of sacred music;
· your choice of composition.

One or more pieces must be performed a cappella. 5 scores of the performed compositions should be presented after arrival. In the Grand Prix competition the choirs perform 1 composition of sacred music (max. 10 min.).


3.2. Scoring System and Awards.
Every choir is evaluated by international Jury and their verdict will be final. The performance will be evaluated using the system of 100 points according to the following criteria:
a) technical merit (intonation, ensemble, difficulty, rhythm)
b) artistic interpretation (fidelity of style, dynamics and agogic, handling of text, suggestively).

Every choir receives a Diploma of Participation.
I degree Diploma will be awarded to the choirs having 85 points and more.
II degree Diploma will be awarded to the choirs having 75 points and more.
III degree Diploma will be awarded to the choirs having 65 points and more.

The best scoring choirs of A, B, C, D categories will be awarded money prize 150.-Ls.
The winners of categories and also collectives having 90 points and more will participate in the Grand Prix competition.
The winner of the Grand Prix competition will be awarded money prize of 1 500.- Ls.


Special prizes.
The Prize of the Daugavpils Music College – for the performance of the composition written by Latvian composer;
The Prize of the Daugavpils Centre of Latvian Culture – for the performance of the latvian folk song;
The Prize of the Daugavpils Centre of Russian Culture - for the best sacred music performance;
The Prize of the Daugavpils Centre of Polish Culture – to the most expressive choir;
The Prize of the Daugavpils Centre of Belorussian Culture – for the best performance of contemporary work;
The Prize of the Daugavpils University Faculty of Art - for the most interesting programme;
The Prize of the Daugavpils Association of teachers of music - forthe high teaching skills;
The Prize of the LPP/LC - to the best church choir;
Tne Prize of the Latvian Association of choir conductor - for the most expressive conductor.

4. Accreditation.
All expenses are paid by the participants. The organizers will try to find reasonable conditions of stay for every participant.
All rights of photographs and audio-, video- recordings produced during the Festival are reserved to the organizers. For participation in the Competition every group (choir or ensemble) has to pay a registration fee of 75.- Ls .
ЮTill September 26, 2010 all participants have to send the following materials:
1) Application Form,
2) a short summary,
3) the photo of the participants.

· Ttil October 12, 2010 will be the name Festival participants.
· Till to November 1, 2010 to be transferred fee for participation in the competition.
