Finale и Sibelius

народ...финалисты...помогит как добовлять страницы в финале...постоянно мне финал дает всего 5 страниц а мне надо больше и не знаю как это сделать...помогите.

Я работаю с удовольствием в Sibelius4, но не знаю, как сохранить в формате gif, tiff, PDF955s для пересылки на e-mail (это я прочла на форуме) и не умею вставлять нотный текст в Word.

Однозначно Finale. После него имхо невозможно перейти на Сибелиус. Хотя, уверен, "сибелиусисты" скажут наоборот. Все дело привычки.

New Features (when compared to Score 4)

(WINSCORE), The long-awaited Windows™ upgrade to SCORE is shortly to be released. After almost twenty years running on the DOS platform this new version is designed to maintain all the features and functionality that have made it the notation program of choice for music engravers and copyists throughout the world, and also to secure its future by running in the Windows™ environment. It also fulfils many of the requests made by users over the years for improvements and new features.
Here is a list of some of the most important WINSCORE features:

• Up to 200 staves on a page allowing even the most complex pages to be created without tiling. Another 56 staves are reserved for printing in the RECTO position (for 2-page spreads if required).
• There are no significant item or vector limits.
• All previous modules—page layout, part extraction and drawing program—are integrated into the one interface.
• Files will be backwardly compatible with Score 3 and Score 4 provided they don't exceed the old item and vector limits.
• Music is displayed as it will look on the printed page—with true fonts and filled in notes.
• MIDI input and playback are designed to work with virtually any MIDI controller that supports Windows™. Both input and playback have been enhanced, but they are designed, as before, solely for the purposes of accurate step-time input and aural proofing respectively.
• Printing supports most Windows™ compatible printers. For best results a Postscript laser printer is still recommended, but for proofing tasks an inkjet or non-postscript laser will be adequate.
• Items support up to 36 parameters.
• Full colour control is provided for all items, initially in RGB format.
• Extended rehearsal figures are now supported and the bar number count has been increased from 999 to 9,999 (and includes decimal places!) AA..ZZ, AAA..ZZZ, A1..Z1, A2..Z2, Aa..Zz are all now supported with or without enclosures.
• Automatic measure numbering through a multi-page score is implemented.
• Code 11 [user designed graphics] items have been integrated into Code 9 [graphic symbols] providing one large symbol library of up to 10,000 items. Full conversion control is provided.
• Implementation of Alpha-notes (large educational noteheads with note names inserted), and stretched noteheads.
• Group Edit functions now allow selection by multiple code numbers.

К сожалению, она не рабочая. Так что не очень отстал, идешь все еще в ногу со временем.

Если я не ошибаюсь, сохранить в формат gif, tiff можно и через редактор (экспорт в изображение), а в Pdf можно перевести с помощью программки PdfCreator. Она бесплатна, можете взять здесь:

Программа эмулирует виртуальный принтер.
После ее установки нажмете в sibelius'е на кнопку "печать" и выберете там в качестве принтера PdfCreator.
